There are very good ski resorts in Iran which are active throughout the year for both snow and grass skis. The Iran ski resorts are host for both Iranian and foreign ski fans, no matter they are female or male.

It was heard some days ago that the females cannot attend in Iran ski pistes alone which was rejected by the Iran Ski Federation Head. Mr. Eisa Save Shemshaki, Iran Ski Federation Head, announced that the women can ski the same as before with suitable clothes and there is no limitation about attending alone in ski resorts without their legal protector.

The female skiers also attend in different ski competitions in Iran and international competitions as well. Among Iran female skiers are Fatemeh Kia Darbandsari, Marjan Kalhor, Mitra Kalhor, Hananeh Karim khani, Samin Davari, and Samira Zargari who attended in Austria, Lebanon and Shemshak ski Competition so far.

This does not even limit to Tehran ski resorts but for all Iran ski resorts such as Hamadan. Hamadan ski piste has good ski facilities and 7 female coaches work with it currently. Hamadan ski resort has the capacity of 100,000 skiers at the same time and is ready for arranging the national competitions, ski coaching and finding the ski talents in snow seasons. The Hamadan ski officials have focused their attention on teenagers to become the future ski talents in Iran.
